Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we offer a hassle-free return within 90 days of receiving your order.

90-Day Return Policy

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to return it. The return period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, takes possession of the goods.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The original packaging must be included and undamaged.
  • All tags and seals must still be attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at pa.ecom@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will send you a return confirmation along with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Securely pack the item, preferably including the packing slip.
  4. Return the package using the provided shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge. We cover the return shipping costs for customers in:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
  • The full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pa.ecom@hotmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include photos of the item if available.

In these cases, we will gladly offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive your preferred item.
